The chlorine corrosion in the crude oil has been threaten the chemical industry safety and the stability product. At present, we have many kinds of ways to restrain it. The increase corrosion inhibitor is most convenient and the quickest method. For low poisonous, harmless, stable, simple, Mannich base (MB) has been widely used in the petroleum industry. In this paper,From the result s of static weight-loss method, electrochemical polarization curve,it was shown that the PH, the temperature and the density of Cl" of the corrosion solution could influence the corrosion rate.Furthermore, the inhibiting behavior of MB synergized with sodium silicate, sodium molybdate,16 alkyl bromide (CTAB) and sodium thiosulfate was investigated. The results showed that:(1)For the 316L steel and 20# carbon steel, when the concentration of the MB was 200mg/L, the inhibition was the best. While 10# carbon steel, when the concentration was 40mg/L, the effect was good. When the concentration of the MB was 300mg/L, the inhibition was the best for the N80 steel. (2)In the solution of 20mg/L MB and 200mg/L sodium silicate, the corrosion mitigation rate of the 316L steel would be 84%. For the 10# carbon steel,20# carbon steel, the best distribution ratio respectively was 1:2 and 1:3.(3) When MB was commingled with sodium thiosulfate, along with the concentration of sodium thiosulfate increasing, the corrosion mitigation rate would increase. For the 316L steel,10# carbon steel and 20# carbon steel, the best ratio respectively was 1:2,1:1 and 1:3.(4) When MB was commingled with the CTAB,it would obviously reduce the corrosion rate. For the 316L steel, while the concentration of the CTAB was 150mg/L,the effect of the corrosion mitigation was best. For the N80 steel, the best ratio respectively was 1:2.(5) For the 316L steel,10# carbon steel and 20# carbon steel, the best ratio respectively was 1:2:1,1:2:1 and 1:1:2 when MB was commingled with sodium silicate and sodium thiosulfate,...
