Storage and transportation of crude oil can not be separated from thesteel materials, Chloride ion corrosion for steel in the high acid crude oilis great. At present, There are many ways in the control of chlorinecorrosion of crude oil, replace a good anti-corrosion equipment or addcrude oil additives inhibitor to slow down the corrosion rate. From theview of cost savings, add the inhibitor is the more effective way. Sodiumdiethyldithiocarbamate as the organic amine corrosion inhibitor,gradually replace those containing heavy metal ion corrosion inhibitor isan effective way to develop green, efficient inhibitor.In this paper, use the corrosion inhibitor rapid evaluation instrument,the electrochemical workstation instrument to investigate the corrosioninhibition of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate(SDDTC) on the differentsteel in different concentrations, temperature, PH value; SDDTCrespectively with sodium chromate, sodium nitrite and zinc sulfate as binary combinations, investigate the optimal combination; use orthogonalexperimental design to investigate the inhibition of ternary compositeinhibitor of SDDTC, sodium nitrite and zinc sulfate for different steel.Experimental studies have shown that: Corrosion solutiontemperature, pH value and concentration of corrosion inhibitor is a greatinfluence on the corrosion inhibition performance of SDDTC; Fordifferent steel, SDDTC has different optimal concentration; SDDTC anddifferent types of corrosion inhibitor combinations have a good inhibitioneffect,For316L steel, the optimal combination of the binary binarycomposite inhibitor is SDDTC and zinc sulfate; For N80steel and10#steel, the optimal combination of binary composite inhibitor is SDDTCand sodium chromate; The most influential factor of ternary compositeinhibitor is different for different steel; The oil phase corrosiveness lessthan the water phase;SDDTC and its composite corrosion inhibitor forsteel have equal corrosion inhibition in the oil phase; the corrosionresistance of N80steel add the inhibitor is the same as316L steel, thecorrosion resistance of10#steel add the inhibitor is batter than316Lsteel.
