The demonds of the development of the seamtracking grows with the progress of automatic welding metholds,researchers domestic and abroad have studied in by many means but still can't gain a methold suit for any conditions.Arc is a charged fluid can move in a magnetic field by Lorentz force, the motion parameters are affected by the intensity and direction of the field;Active flux can gain a penetration increse in welding and also a voltage raise besides;To combine these two effects mentioned above and take the advantage of the coincidence of the weld-sense points and the real-time trait of the controlable arc sensor. The arc oscillates in field and scans the seam when acquire the signal of the process,the relative position of the torch and deseired seam can be abstracted from the signature signal generated on active flux.Excitation device and assorted control system designed by computing; Signal acquire system was builded up by accquire hardware and Pre-treatment system;software system includes excitation control device, signal effectiveness determination program,signal acquire and oscillographic program and moment control program.Butterworth digital filter was selected and signal process metholds was designed by offline analysis of the signal acquired.Fuzzy logic controller was selected by judging the character of the signal and the control requirements,the linguistic variables and fuzzy rule base was set up and the I/O character was tested to meet the requirements in the test toolkit.Real-time signal was processed and anaysised in online process system in unit of cycle.The problem exists in the current experiment plan was analysised and the methold was proved to be valueable for combain the advantages of the active flux and arc sensor but the further development of the methold should be carried on after the problem exists solved.
