| Belt conveyor is an indispensable component making up rhythmical conveyor system in the course of product. And it is applied extensively in the domains of metallurgy, chemical industry, mine, power station and port. In recent years, belt conveyor is developed towards long distance, high velocity and large carrying capacity. The dynamic properties of the belt are more and more important. Traditional design methods can not meet with the need, so it needs dynamic design methods to research belt conveyor.Firstly, this paper analyses the viscoelastic properties of belt, selects Kelvin model suiting to the belt by comparing some kinds of viscoelasticity models and their dynamic properties. And it analyses the driving device and take-up device respectively. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper establishes dynamic model on the longitudinal vibration of the overall belt conveyor system with finite elemental method. This paper also establishes simulation model of overall belt conveyor system with LabVIEW software, simulates the course of starting by properly setting simulation parameters, and processes data for visualization. The simulation results show the effectiveness of this model.Gives some kinds of acceleration for starting procedure, compares and analyses the results of simulation, and study the optimum strategy of control during starting, thus can acquire the purposes of starting stability and reducing operating stress. |
