| Mining geostatic pressure is the fundamental force caused by mining and other geotechnical engineering deformation or failure. It's very important for mine safety to clarify the distribution of Mining geostatic pressure. In complex geological conditions, the distribution of geostress is complex and variability, and which is affected by mining methods. So it has been one of important issues in mine geotechnical engineering area to research the distribution law and the controlling methods of the mining geostatic pressure.Chengchao iron is in the complex geological conditions, and more than that, the geostatic pressure distribution law of Chengchao iron is affected greatly by the sublevel caving method without sill pillar. There are two iron ore mass occurrence above the -430m level of Chengchao iron, so the stope was divided to the east stope and the west stope, which is caused by two avalanche zone. And the stress concentration of the rock mass between the two avalanche zone is very high, which cause the mining geostatic pressure abnormality of the stope under the rock mass. Therefore, it is necessary to study the geostatic pressure distribution law and the control measures to ensure the safety production.In this paper, basing on geological survey of Chengchao iron mine and mechanics experiment of the rock and the ore,the geostatic pressure distribution of bonding zone in east and west of the mining area was simulated by three-dimensional numerical method,and the ground pressure distribution was found. The stoping sequence of parts of orebody was optimally simulated,in order to control the geostatic pressure of bonding zone in east and west of the mining area. The quality of ore in bonding zone was classificationly evaluated,and on this basis,the roadway support program was optimized.The research results above were applicated in exploitation process and ground pressure control of bonding zone in east and west of the mining area.Meanwhile,the ground pressure and roadway deformation pattern were monitored .The results showed that the stress concentration degree reduced,ground pressure was controlled effectively and roadway in mining section was also steady,all these ensured safety production of mine after adopting the optimal stoping scheme. |
