The majority of heavy oil block has entered a phase of high-throughput round in China, mining results have clearly deteriorated, The natural reservoir has been a marked lack of energy, resulting in reduced cycle of oil production, oil and gas than the lower mining costs, economic deterioration. The research and testing cost-effective to replace the cycle steam mining technology, to further enhance oil recovery is a maior technical problems demanding prompt solution in heavy oil development. In this paper, heat loss, steam injection parameter optimization, dynamic monitoring of the steam front, economic evaluation of several aspects of the exploitation of heavy oil steam drive has done a systematic study, heat transfer, fluid mechanics and teermodynamic theory are applied to establish the mathematical model of wellbore heat loss, analysed the steam injection parameters such as steam injection pressure, steam quality, steam injection temperature on the sensitivity of wellbore heat loss; According to the Shanjiasi oilfield reservoir conditions five-spot pattern model are established, analysed the injection-extraction mode parameters influencing factors in two kinds produce manner of vertical wells and vertical-horizontal wells, According to orthogonal experimental design two modes of injection mining parameters are optimized; In this paper, the promotion of the steam front was monitored and achieved good results; According to the optimized parameters of the injection simulation, using simulation results of two kinds of exploitation, as well as the changes of the economic limits of the economic net present value and cumulative oil production of single well in oil prices are analysed,such mining methods can achieve good economic benefits. It has an important guiding significance on the exploitation of heavy oil steam drive.
