Development And Application Of The Late-model Steam Injection Valve For The Stratified Steam Injection Well

Steam flooding is one of the widely used technology for producing heavy oil currently,the steam injection valve is the core of the steam flooding technology system.The steam injection which are now widely used mostly adopt spray nozzle to inject steam and change the diameter depending on the steam injection quantity.Engineers should calculate diameter depending on the steam injection quantity and then manufacture the valve.The valve with spray nozzle has a fixed injection quantity,people need to lift the whole tubular column and replace a new valve when changing the quantity of injection.Also,because of the old design,a numerous weakness come out gradually,and causing repairing wells work increasing frequently,and has a continue rising cost.In order to solve problems above,our team designed and manufactured the new type annular steam injection valve.This new type injection valve is based on the actual situation,designed to be more easily salve,more easily putting in,more precise and structure more reasonable.This thesis system analysis the problem of the current using valve,introduces the design of the new type injection valve and systematic analysis the application of the new type injection valve.Through analyzing the weakness of current using valve,we finish the design of the new type valve.Set the finite element model of the new type valve by ANSYS,simulate force at actual situation,get the biggest loading part through analysis.Evaluating the properties of fluid by Fluent.Design laboratory testing rig,also finis the application in different situation of Liaohe Oilfield.This new type steam injection valve has an patent license and two utility model patent.Till January 2017,it has been implemented on-site in several wells.The technology achieved better results through field tests than the traditional steam injection valve.This new type injection valve is an effective solution to technical difficulties facing by current separate steam injection valve and has far-reaching meaning on the next generation steam injection development.Also,this new type injection valve has universal property,can be widely used to steam flooding,SAGD,steam flow,the ignition technology and chosen steam injection of special well and therefore it has numerous marketing value.
