Through improving technology of some high-risk or special production safety management, running professional management, using advanced management method, it can resolve the contradiction of efficiency and safety and prevent accidents to ensure production safety. Of course, it needs the indemnification of laws, economy etc. The model includes management system, security objectives, management principles, management methods and tools, management processes and relevant requirements etc. It will try to make up our lack of safety management systems recently, prevent the accident and risk effectively. By controlling the source of the accident, the accident rate will be in a reasonable range in order to protect people's lives property effectively.
