| This research analyses the main point of general plan transportation according to the practice of No.1 Overland Terminal Oil&Gas Treatment Plant's General Plan Transportation of Jidong Nanpu OilFiled.During No.1 structure manifacture period of developing Nanpu Oilfield, we plan to construct 467 oil well, 327 water injection well, set up 3 man-made island(platform)(that is No.1, No.2 man-made island and No.3 steel platform), a overland terminal(No.1 overland terminal), a pilot test area(overland platform).Crude oil will be dehydrated and stablizated in the overland terminal oil&gas treating factory, natural gas will be treated in the natural gas treatment fitting. At the same time, crude oil storage&transportion facility, liquefied gas storage&load facility, lighter hydrocarbon stablization&load facility and natural gas transportion facility will be constructed in the overland terminal. The relevant facilities such as water supply&drainage facility, electrical facility, HVAC(heating vent&air conditioning) facility, communication facility, civil facility, antisepsis facility, mechanical facility and automatic control facility will be built.Crude oil will be pumped to the Gaoyi joint station via initial station, finally be transported to other areas via the collateral pipeline. Natural gas will enter the net of pipeline in Tangshan city.No.1 overland terminal oil&gas treatment factory is the center of integral constitution. That is the center of manufacture and superintend. It will construct superintend center, firehouse, manufacture&maintain center and central laboratory.The reaearch center first analyze the Jidong Nanpu Oilfield's exploiture project and design assignment proxy, then determine the honrizontal and vertical plan, later layout sleeper, pipe support and piping trench of the oil&gas process pipeline, utility project pipeline, telecommunication&automatic control cable, electricall cable, and so forth. According to the flow of crude oil dehydration, crude oil stabilization and natural gas treatment, we analyse the design of those equipments` layout. |
