| During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,the development direction of China’s coal industry is still changing from production-oriented to production service-oriented,and large-scale mines have fully entered the stage of upgrading and high-quality development.In the past,most of the mine research focused on the underground water treatment,ventilation design,coal mining technology,gas safety and other aspects,and the research on the optimization and transformation of the overall layout of the mine surface plant is relatively few.Taking the surface plant of a mine in Northwest China as the research object,the general layout of the mine is optimized and evaluated by using SLP and AHP methods.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the current situation of the layout of a mine surface plant in Northwest China.Through field investigation and data collection,the floor area of each operation unit is obtained,and the layout of various functional zones,roads and greening status of the mine are analyzed in detail.At present,there are some problems in the auxiliary production area,front yard and auxiliary facilities area of the mine,such as scattered layout,serious occupation of operation site,low operation efficiency,the same entrance and exit for people and goods flow,single public service facilities and so on.Optimization suggestions are put forward for the problems.(2)Optimize the design according to the problems and improvement suggestions.SLP method is used to analyze the correlation degree of logistics and people flow of each operation unit in the mine,the relationship diagram of the general plane position and area of the mine surface plant is obtained,and two feasible general layout optimization schemes are put forward.(3)Evaluate the general layout plan before and after optimization.Combined with the actual production situation of the mine,the AHP method is used to construct the evaluation index system of the mine layout scheme,the index score is obtained through the expert investigation method,the judgment matrix is established,the data is analyzed,the comprehensive weight of each scheme is calculated,and the optimal scheme is obtained.Compared with the original scheme,the logistics efficiency of the optimal scheme is improved by 43.65%,the layout flexibility is improved by 28.60%,the safety and working environment are improved by 47.21%,and the adaptability of auxiliary production is enhanced by 43.79%.(4)The new optimal layout scheme can improve the logistics efficiency of enterprises,make the site management orderly and the traffic route safe and smooth;It is conducive to improving the working and living environment of the mine and increasing the happiness index of employees,so as to realize the high-quality development of coal enterprises.At the same time,it also demonstrates the application effect of SLP method in the overall layout of mine surface plant. |
