In recent years,although our country's coal gas accidents and deaths are declining,coal gas major accidents still occurres frequently,and about 60%~70% gas explosion accidents occurred in heading face.Based on the hazard identification of gas explosion in heading face,an improving attribute recognition model of gas explosion safety evaluation is established.Applying the grey model GM(1,1),gas flowing-volume is predicted.Meanwhile based on program design for evaluation model and prediction model,the evaluation system software of heading face gas explosion is developped.Firstly,based on the hazard identification of heading face gas explosion and accident tree analysis,the risk factors which cause the heading face gas explosion comprehensively are analyzed,and using people-machine-environment-management analysis method,the heading face gas explosion safety evaluation index system including 37 indicators is established.Secondly,based on the established evaluation index system,gray close degree concept is takede into attribute recognition model and avoide the subjective factors of confidence,and then built a kind of improving attribute recognition model of gas explosion safety evaluation.Using this model to evaluate heading face factors,safety levels is got and corresponding measures are put forward.Using the grey model GM(1,1),the heading face gas flowing-volume prediction is realized,and the model is applied to a mine site,and the tenth day's gas flow-volume is predicted through the nine days'measured data of gas flowing-volume.The results show that the prediction model was believable,the higher forecasting accuracy and the results accord with actual requirement.Finally,based on the evaluation model and prediction model,making use the Python programming language,a heading face gas explosion safety evaluation system software with simple operation,good human-machine interface,and more comprehensive function is developed.The software can realize safety evaluation for the heading face gas explosion hazard and predict the gas emission quantity and so on.
