| There are many accidents of coal mines in China, especially for gas explosion. It posed a threat to people's lives and property. It becomes an urgent issue to study the phenomenon of gas explosion for the technology of explosion-proof and the technology of explosion suppression.This thesis constructed a test bed of weak ignition from the ignition factor of gas explosion, its energy can be continuously changed and compared with the strong ignition. A comprehensive experimental system and analysis was carried out using Photoshop and Matlab technology for image processingFirstly, the author analyzed the basic theory of gas explosion, including the formation mechanism of gas explosion, flame structure theory and flame speed mechanism. Basing on the ignition principal, the author established the experimental platform of changeable ignition energy calculated the ignition energy and analyzed the control method, the author concluded the original data of energy control from platform and conducted the tendency to bridge. For the limitation of change rate of flexible ignition energy, the author constructed strong ignition energy fixed by strengthening the contrast. by using high-speed projector experiment and so on, the author conducted a mass number of experiment under different gas concentration condition in tunnel.The author made use of Photoshop software analyzed and dealt with the photos taken for the flame characteristics, the laws about the flame speed, the variation about the precursor shock wave and flame fronts in different energy and density conditions.The author used Matlab software to make a digital processing of photographs by programming. The distribution of the most value for the visible light was obtained in the strong energy and weak energy conditions and made a comparative analysis to obtain the optical characteristics of gas explosion for different energy. They provide digital information for the further study of gas explosion. |
