Research status of combustible gas explosion at domestic and overseas was introduced comprehensively in this paper, the main characteristic parameters of gas explosion were described in tube, and the explosion acceleration propagation mechanism of premixed gas in tube was researched with the self-designed explosion test system. The experimental operation parts were done according to operating steps, which was used by burning and explosion determining system controller. The automation was very high, and the measuring part was applied small range and higher pressure sensors, which had a high sensitivity and wide response, and the HIOKI 8861-50 memory recorder was used in the experiments, which was imported from Japan and its sampling rate is 20MS/S, so it can make signal capture and collection more timely and exacting.The experimental design was divided into two parts:one part is that the combustible gas concentration changes at the same ignition energy, the other is that the ignition energy changes at the same gas concentration. The relation of flame parameters with flame propagation law was researched respectively. It can draw the following conclusions by the analysis and treatment of experimental data.1.The best ignition concentration is 10% in the experimental condition, on this condition, the flame propagation velocity is the fastest, and the flame pressure arrives the maximal value (127.16KPa)2.The flame propagation law of combustible gas is different in different concentration in the unconstrained tube.3.Flame propagation velocity and pressure decrease with gas concentration change in the two sides of best concentration range.4. The flame velocity and propagation distance present different law with different concentration at the unconstrained tube. But the flame pressure increases earlier, and decreases later among the flame propagation. The relation of flame pressure, precursor pressure with gas concentration presents similar law at each measuring point. The pressure value arrives at maximum at the best gas concentration. Otherwise, the pressure decreases whether the gas concentration increases or not.5.The flame propagation velocity increases with ignition energy at five kinds of different electrostatic spark energy, and the flame pressure and precursor pressure increase, too. At each measuring point, flame velocity and flame pressure will increase with ignition energy increasing.6.When priming materials(fuse head, detonator) was applied to ignition, the experimental results show that chemical ignition not only can improve ignition energy greatly, but also can make combustion vigorously, the catch fire is more obviously and has a obvious flame structure.7.The precursor pressure change a little with ignition energy at each measuring point, which shows that the ignition energy influence of electrostatic spark is small for the precursor pressure.Figure 52 table 19 reference 60...
