The traditional Workover Crane used diesel engine as the driving force. And when the Workover Crane is moved, there has some phenomena, for example, unstable speed, bigger delay, and inaccurate brake. For this problem, we improve the usual electric drive control system of Workover Crane and optimize the control method of Workover Crane's electric drive control system using fuzzy PID controlling arithmetic based on BP neural network, so as to improve work efficiency and the level of automation.This paper reaearches and develops on the improving electric drive control system on Workover Crane. The main task follows:Introduce the content of this item and development of Workover Crane. Analyse the principle and work feature of Workover Crane. Design the main power ciruit of system.Analysis the mathematical model of three-phase asynchronous in the controlling system. Analysis the frequency converter raise the function of the starting torque in the zero-speed, full torque model of operation, and how it handeles the renewable energy. In term of control algorithm, fuzzy PID controlling based on BP neural network arithmetic is introduced, which based on conventional PID algorithm., in order to improve the control requirement of three-phase asynchronous . Morover, this arithmetic is simulated in Matlab softwear. Its simulation result proves its superiority compared with other control atithmetic.This paper designs control system interfaces basing on Cietct softwear, which can monitor control system's work data on line.
