The PLC are the most commonly used industrial controller implementation structure,Because of its control is very convenient and very smart,it Can work under bad environment,So its application is becoming more and more widely in industry.This article mainly tells the PLC application in automatic transmission system,Using the programmable logic controller PLC design cost is low,Combined with the PCM controller,motor control theory,sensor technology,etc.Through their own car to complete the classification of materials,storage and transportation.System has a high degree of automation,stable operation and the characteristics of high precision,easy to control.First of all,this paper introduces the development situation and direction of automatic transmission system at home and abroad,design of the system reason,the performance index of this system,and the function should be completed.Second,with PLC as the core,the design can meet the requirements of the overall design plan,including PLC,the SEW inverter,three-phase asynchronous motor,PCM controller,sensors,sick grating,a variety of electrical components of electrical connection diagram,control circuit diagrams,etc.Again,the design WinCC flexible touchscreen interface,not only can complete the alarm status display,entry models,reservoir status display,also can real-time monitor the working state of the entire transmission system.Finally,the simulation of the whole system debugging,complete the design and the final part of the whole system.Come to the conclusion that design of the automatic conveying system,late automatic conveying system was forecasted.
