From the fifties and sixties in the last century, abroad began to focus on migration research. But almost of the researches are to study the mathematical model of migration. Until the nineties of last century, the popularization and application of modern analytical instruments, which made the research of migration to explore more practical. Modern analytical instruments used in the field of migration, making migration research entered a new climax.Food can coating is one kind of organic coating, which coated in the inner wall of the cans to prevent direct contact with the metal contents, to avoid electrochemical corrosion, improve the shelf life of canned food. However, bisphenol A (BPA) residues in the inner coatings can migrates into food and harm the human bodies in the processing and storage of cans. Currently, as one new defined environmental hormones, bisphenol A (BPA) has become one research focus and pursued by environmental toxicology. The project is carried out under the social backgrounds, the main contentsof the paper are as follows:(1) Experiments have compared the soaking solvent, the kind of column, temperature program and other factors'affect on detection of bisphenol A. And on this basis, a method used in rapid qualitative detect BPA in food cans coating by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry conjunction analyzer (GC-MS) and quantitative analysis BPA by gas chromatography (GC) was established. The recovery of the method is 94.02 ~ 103% (in the range from 80% to 120%), precision 4.3% (<5.0%), and the detection limit is 0.5μg / L. 24 kinds of food cans which are all sold widely on the market ware detected use this method, and the test results showed that all of the food cans inner coatings contain bisphenol A. Quantitative detection of bisphenol A was carried on based on extermal standard method, and the results showed that meat food cans coating contain 95.6 ~ 163.6ug/dm2, much higher than other kinds of food cans coatings. The contents of bisphenol A in all of the cans coatings were detected did not exceed the limits stipulated in the ordinance No.EC/1895/2005.(2) The projection had studied the detection method of bisphenol A in food cans coating migration into the acidic liquid food simulants (3% acetic acid). The migration matrix is food cans inner coating which is never packaged food, and study the affection of high temperature heating (60℃, 100℃and 121℃), storage time (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, 150 days and 180 days) ,storage temperature (60℃, 80℃) and the migration of media (3% acetic acid food simulant liquid, acetonitrile) on the migration law of BPA from food cans inner coating. The results showed that, high temperature heating at 100℃has a greater impact on the migration of bisphenol A, but at 60℃, heating process almost has no effect. The variation of bisphenol A with the storage time addition are the same no mater at 60℃or 100℃. However, through 121℃heating process 30 mins, migration of bisphenol A was became little with the storage time addition. The project had explored a new method for bispnenol A detection in food cans inner coatings. Through the migration experiments, basic data had been provided to non-polyolefin polymer migration model of small molecules. |
