Electronic jacquard is modern textile equipment that produces jacquard fabrics of high quality, which is widely used in the textile industry. With the rapid development of high-performance electronic jacquard machine, the control system requirements are also gradually increase.The project focuses on research of a control system used in electronic jacquard machine. The system based on embedded microcontroller design controls the action of jacquard headers and achieves jacquard weaving function, including pattern file acquisition processing, file management, information storage, human-computer interaction, communication extension, solenoid valve driver modules. System uses a USB floppy disk instead of the traditional methods to solve the problem of limited number of patterns latitude and improve the file processing speed. The file management generates no fragmented files. The twisted-pair differential signal transmission is used, which has high reliability. In addition, the design of signal transmission based on optical fiber communication solution greatly improves the rate of signal communication and interference.The thesis introduced the functions and specific circuit design of the main control board, solenoid valve driver board and optical fiber communication board. Hardware and software design was completed for each module. In addition, some practical measures of electronic system anti-jamming design were introduced in detail.The controller was designed for the needs of small and medium enterprises, based on the business cooperation projects. The research will help improve the automation level of electronic jacquard machine, promote independent innovation of China's textile equipment and industrial restructuring and upgrading.
