| With the continuous improvement of combustion technology and continuous application of steam coal blending technology, the higher requirement of fine management of coal quality and steam coal blending have been proposed. The coal combustion feature is one of the most crucial factors to affect the combustion efficiency and the choice of raw coal of steam coal blending. However, the coal combustion feature is so complicate that it has the close relation with coal property. For the perspective of industrial utilization, the paper chose "Basic research of the relationship between coal quality and its combustion feature" as topic that try to analyze the primary factors of coal property to affect every coal combustion feature which could provide basic theory to distinguish coal combustion feature by the coal property indexes. It has important significance to instruct combustion in boiler and steam coal blending that to distinguish the combustion feature by the coal property indexes.The paper chose 13 types of steam coal which were systematically analyzed to study and obtained a complete date of coal quality and characteristic values of combustion such as ignition temperature, burnout temperature, maximum weight loss rate, burnout degree by TGA and industrial simulation experiment. The relationship between coal's property and its characteristic values of combustion was systematically studied.TGA experiment shows that the characteristic values of combustion, such as ignition temperature, burnout temperature, maximum weight loss rate, burnout degree, are mainly decided by metamorphic grade, and are affected by other coal quality indexes in the same time. Specifically, main factors to affect ignition temperature are O/C ratio, volatile matter content and reactivity; main factors to effect maximum weight loss rate are O/C ratio, ash content and reactivity; main factors to effect burnout temperature are O/C ratio, ash content and reactivity. In addition, some coal quality indexes of coal petrology, such as the reflectivity of virtinite, macerals and minerals, also have great influence on coal combustion feature. The paper got regression equation of its characteristic values of combustion finally by coal property indexes with the method of univariate regression combined with multiple regression. In addition, the mutual influence on coal characteristic values of combustion was analyzed in the paper simultaneously.The industrial simulation experiments proved that:volatile matter content and ash have great influence on burnout degree of coal; The reflectivity of virtinite, macerals and minerals also have close relationship with burnout degree of coal. The result of the industrial simulation experiment was consistent with the conclusion of DTG basically. |
