China is a big country of coal consumption. Energy structure which is relying mainly on coal will not have too big change in recent years. The main source of power is the burning of fossil fuels. It is application in various fields. The lime kiln process and thermal power are the coal providing heat power to burn. Burning of coal to provided the heat energy to the metallurgical, chemical, cement production. The process of combustion is economic and efficient.That is an important direction of combustion research. A large number of Harmful substances produced by burning fuel such as nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, carbon dioxide will pollute the atmospheric environment, affect the ecological balance. So it is necessary to study the formation rule of combustion pollutants to reduce pollutant emissions. Study on technology of clean coal to eliminate pollution in the combustion process.Coal blending technology is the technology of clean coal. It is the hot spot of research in recent years. With the study on combustion characteristics of blended coals started, most domestic researchers are through the experimental equipment to study the combustion characteristics of coal blends. It contains ignition characteristics, burnout characteristics, coking characteristics, slagging characteristics and pollutant emission characteristics etc. But due to the different proportion of blended coal, has a significant impact on its ignition characteristics and so on. All have a significant impact on the control of coal transportation pipeline, the process of combustion conditions.Rational use of blended coals can save resources, improve production efficiency and economic benefits. If the mixed coal preparation is not reasonable, it will cause the problem of pollutant emissions increase. Therefore, it is to Discussion on the combustion characteristics of blended coal combustion process, in order to control the discharge of pollutants, realize high efficiency and clean coal combustion, it is a meaningful job at present.Analysis and determination coal blends elements analysis, industry analysis, calorific value, experimental value of lignite, bituminous coal, anthracite. The weighted average calculated of volatile, ash, moisture, sulfur content, low calorific value, calculated values. The results showed that matter about the mixed coal of volatile, ash, heat, water and sulfur is linear relationship.The paper uses the thermal balance to study on combustion characteristics of lignite, bituminous coal, anthracite coal and mixed coal. The results show that:high quality coal lignite is easy to fire and difficult to burn, the kinds of coal blending can improve the mixing and ignition of coal, but cannot improve the burnout characteristics of blended coal. Through many kinds of coal blending, can improve the combustion characteristics of blended coals.Flue gas analyzer and the horizontal tube furnace was used to study mixed coal under different oxygen concentrations of SO2and NO precipitation characteristics, Results show that the concentration of O2is lower, the more likely they were to make peak to high migration, precipitation of SO2and NO obstacle to precipitation of SO2, but the precipitation characteristics of NO influence is more complex, low SO2concentration of O2is bad for precipitation, precipitation of SO2and NO features are affected by the components of the interaction between coal, with the increase of content of brown coal, SO2and NO precipitation ahead of time, the components of the interaction between the coal quantity of precipitation of SO little effect, but has a larger effect on precipitation of the NOFinally, the combustion optimization test of Maerz lime kiln a Nissan300tons of. Analysis of the causes of the incomplete combustion of coal, and puts forward the solving measures; optimization of condition tests before and after the Maerz limekiln comparison, draws the conclusion:reasonable coal blending to improve Maerz lime kiln combustion conditions, improve coal utilization, reduce energy consumption unit Maerz lime kiln production.
