In view of the serious problems exsisting in hard roof controlling in Jincheng Mining Group,through combined methods of borehole study,experimental test,field observation,theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and similarity simulation the thesis made a comprehensive analysis of the strata-pressure behaviors of coal seam 15 stope in Sihe No.2 coalmine,which provides the basis for suitable model selection of hydraulic supports and formulation of roof control measures.The main research results include the following aspects.1. Study on the boreholes reveals the roof strata structure of coal seam 15 in Sihe No.2 coalmine.Charateristics of roof collapse were learnt through theoretical analysis.2.Through combined methods of borehole study, field observation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and similarity simulation,the thesis made a comprehensive analysis of the strata-pressure behaviors of coal seam 15 stope in Sihe No.2 coalmine.The step distances of the immediate and main roof during preliminary and periodic collapse werw determined.3.Regulation of hydraulic suppots working resistance was analysized with the measured data.The basis for hydraulic supports model selection was provided through combined methods of estimation,working resistance-rock weights relation and field observation. 4. Suitable and effective roof control measures were given according to roof classification.The results have been applied into the production in Sihe No.2 coalmie and bring about safty production with high yielding and high efficiency,which provide valuable experience for coal seam 15 mining in Jincheng Mining Group, have conducted helpful exploration about hard roof strata-pressure behaviors and surrounding rock control technology and have significant theoretical value and practical meaning.
