| Paper pulp molding products with some advantage, such as non-pollution, good protection and cushion performance, green environmental protection and so on, conforms to the international packaging of industrial material development trend, so gets more and more fully application in the world. But from the current application situation of paper pulp molding product, its bearing capacity is commonly rough 50kg, can only be used for mobile, telephone call, fax which volume and weight are both small. The traditional pulp moulding process is single suction filter, just can produce shape specifications single jar products by molding mould restriction, and cannot be produced complex products, eg. closed structure form.Based on the traditional paper pulp molding unit structure, create two new unit structures - compound double-wall and closed hollow unit structure. Then take some technical means of experiment and computer simulation to study the performance of the two kinds of new structure unit. In addition, also discussed the forming technology of overloaded paper pulp products and studied double-sided suction filter molding process through theoretical analysis for the process parameters. The main research contents include:(1) Summarized traditional structure units and find out four LengTai shape unit structure has good effect than others, so take this unit as the research object. Improved four LengTai structure and formed two new structural unit, then applied this structure to a practical overloaded pulp moulding pallet.(2) Compared with traditional four LengTai unit structure, two new unit structures have better load-bearing performance. Analyzed the experiment results of two new units indicates that the compound double-wall structure mechanics model is paralleled by two traditional units and closed hollow structure is by two traditional units in series.(3) Made some simulation analysis by ANSYS software for new unit structure to test bearing capacity. The structural parameters were optimized, and the influences of main process parameters on the structure properties are studied.(4) A research of two-sided suction filter molding process with forming principle and process flow. On the basis of porous media theory, discussed double-sided suction filter technology. By the theoretical calculation, analyzed the interaction in the main parameters. |
