Winch is the most widely used pulling equipment in coal track transportation,which used in mine influences entire mine auxiliary transportation.However,winch adopts motor driven and differential mechanism to adjust speed,which would cause a series of problems such as bad performance of speed regulation,difficult operation mode,undefined real load of wire rope and security risks.Aimed to solve the existing problems and combined with the advantages of existing winch,this paper designs a new double velocity hydraulic winch which can realize stepless speed regulation and real-time monitor tension load of wire rope.The improvement can avoid the above problems.Firstly,according to domestic and overseas research status and coal mine production requirement standards of winch,a new winch design plan is presented by analysis of the structure and shortcomings of common winch,mainly includes the drive plan,mechanical transmission plan,brake system plan,hydraulic system plan,limit load monitor plan.The design of this study can realize long-distance operation of winch,positive and negative double speed and a certain range of stepless speed regulation,achieve a real time monitoring in the wire rope load at the same time and improve the safety of the winch operation.Secondly,according to overall design plan of winch used in mine and working condition,overall mechanical structure of the novel design winch has carried on the detailed theoretical design calculation and selection,including the application of modern optimization design and MATLAB numerical calculation software for the calculation of the transmission system,the force analysis of the reel and the selection of the brake.This paper also uses ANSYS to perform static analysis of key parts,check key component stiffness to meet design requirements and correct structure parameters.The third,stability of the winch hydraulic system is evaluated and the mathematical model of the hydraulic system is established,the transfer function formula of the whole system is deduced and its stability is also analyzed.After establishing of simulation mode of winch transmission system,AMESim also finished emulation analysis which to qualify the performance of speed regulation,the characteristic of speed-torque and braking.Finally,the design and research of the winch load limited and brake scheme are carried out,which mainly including the design and research of the sensor,the production of the brake box,the experiment of the limit load brake sensor and the verification of the accuracy of the limit brake.Through detailed theoretical calculations,validation of various computer-aided design,limited-load braking experiments,by theatrical analysis and field trial,the winch meets the design requirement and can replace of existing winch.So the winch has high use value in coal mine transportation.
