Hospital sewage contains large amounts of pathogenic bacteria, viruses and chemical agents, and contains space for bacteria contamination, acute infection and latent infection and other characteristics, is not an effective treatment will become an important way to spread disease, and serious environmental pollution.In this paper, experimental study of ozone/combined chlorine dioxide water disinfection process remove the total bacteria in the hospital, the total number of E. coli and fecal coli-form performance, the development of the ozone/combined chlorine dioxide disinfection technology to remove bacteria Hospital sewage bacteria and viruses in wastewater treatment technology. When the water pH value of 6.8 and contact time 30Min experimental conditions, the bleaching powder and chlorine dioxide disinfection conditions were determined, and the combined process were investigated, we can see that combined process ---- ozone/combination of chlorine dioxide disinfection process is the best treatment, test results are as follows:①the amount of bleaching powder dosage 159mg/L, the variety of flora basic not detected, and the total residual chlorine are more than 5.6 mg/L.②the amount of chlorine dioxide dosing is 20mg/L, the total removal efficiency of up to 99.991 percent of E. Coli; when the dosage is 50mg/L, then all kinds of bacteria were not detected in the basic, but also the total residual chlorine more than 5.6 mg/L.③the use of ozone disinfection of medical waste water, when the pH value of 6.8, contact time 15Min, the ozone dosage was 0.2 m3/h, its total up to 99.993% removal efficiency of E. Coli, when the dosage is 0.4- 0.5 m3/h, essentially all bacteria were not detected; there is a certain amount of water in the ozone content.④The combined process ---- ozone/combined chlorine dioxide disinfection process on the wastewater treatment efficiency of inspection, the result is: the beginning is the main ozone disinfection, disinfection efficiency is very high, while adding the efficiency of chlorine dioxide disinfection With the dosage will be increased with the increase, when the dosage of 30mg/L, this time a variety of bacteria were not detected in the basic and 90Min after chlorine dioxide in wastewater than 5.6mg/L.General Hospital of Daqing oil field waste water discharged before and after the section of biological contact oxidation pond for treatment, and within three months of its continuous monitoring of water quality monitoring project includes CODCr﹑ NH3-N and total E. Coli number and so on. The results are as follows:①2 days in continuous operation, the water began to slow trend CODCr degradation, this time, the content of hospital wastewater CODCr 65mg/L, CODCr removal rate was 79.7%, when the tests to 4 days later, the new technology wastewater treatment in hospital was more clear and stable, the basic water CODcr in 45mg / L or so, run the effect is stable, in line with the national integrated discharge standard GB8978-1996 and the medical standards for water pollutants (GB18466-2005)- CODCr≤60mg/L. ②In continuous operation a week later, NH3-N out of the water began to slow down the degradation trend, this time, the hospital wastewater content of NH3-N 11mg/L, NH3-N removal rate was 60.7%, when the tests to 2 weeks later, the new wastewater treatment process on the hospital effect is more clear and stable, and the effluent NH3-N base in 8mg/L or so, run the effect is stable, in line with the national integrated discharge standard GB8978-1996 and the medical standards for water pollutants (GB18466- 2005)-NH3-N≤15mg/L.③The actual operation, the dosage of chlorine dioxide was 30mg/L, ozone gas production is 0.4m3/h, the total water on the detection of E. Coli were found running from the beginning to the stable dioxide combination of chlorine and ozone disinfection process is clear, the basic is not detected, the residual chlorine in water is also more than 0.5mg/L. This process has a very good description of the actual operating results.
