The Estimation Of The Complex System Of Nature And Economy Carbon Budget In Anhui Province And Study On The Feature

Because gress-house gases such as CO₂ are released during the industry processing, enhanced greenhouse effect has caused global warming.Carbon cycle, as an important scientific method to reveal the causes of greenhouse effect and to find the control measures,has attracted much attention of intellectual circles in the world.Based on the former studies ,and applying improved indicators,this papper estimated the net carbon storage and emission during the period 1988²007,as well as their variation tendency.In addition ,the function of the carbon source and sink to its complex system of nature and economy and the factors affected the variation of the carbon budget were discussed.Based on the study ,the corresponding control measures were suggested in the end of the article.The results indicate that the net carbon storage in Anhui province in 1988 was 42165.2 thousand tons ,in 2007 was 42632.5 thousand tons ,only increased 1.11% during the 20 years ,on the other hand ,the total carbon emission has increased from 70115.8 thousand tons in 1988 to 121440.3 thousand tons in 2007 and the average annual growth rate is 3.66%.the net carbon storage increased 1.11% while the total amount of carbon emission increased 73.20% during the 20 years.Up to 1995,the net carbon emission was more than the net storage.The net carbon emission nearly doubled during the 20 years and its annual average growth rate is 9.1%.In addition, the net carbon storgae and the total carbon emission of diffierent cities in Anhui are very different,the net carbon storage of Tongling is the least,is only 279.5 thousand tons,Luan is the most,is 5416.0 thousand tons,on the other hand,the total carbon emission of Anqing is the most,is 12707.6 thousand tons,Tongling is the least,is 3211.8 thousand tons.The lands for carbon storage in Anhui include woodland,city's garden plot,meadow,cropland and peatland.The area of the carbon storage lands changed much little during the 20 years.The main sources of carbon emission were increasing at a high speed,except that the soil respiration changed little and the number of cattle reduced .The growth speed of cement production is the fastest and the annual average growth rate is 23.02%.Next to cement production is coal consumption and its annual average growth rate is 10.63%, and the annual average growth rate for oil consumption is 6.69%.The annual average growth rate of population is 1.2%.In addition ,the soil respiration was the biggest source of carbon emission before 2003 ,and it accounted for 52.99% of total carbon emission in the biggest year.But,the fossil fuel combustion has been the biggest source of carbon emission and it accounted for 47.2% of total carbon emission by 2003,and among which the percentage of carbon emission from coal combustion is 47.77%.The lands for carbon storage and the sources of carbon emission of all cities in Anhui as same as Anhui province.The results also show that Anhui province and all cities played a more and more important role as carbon source,which cause the carbon storage and emission to an exceeding unblance,and the unblance is getting more and more exceeding.The exceeding unbalanced carbon budget in Anhui province chiefly caused by the energy consumption structure mainly composed of fossil fuel.Later on,taking measures to control the unblance must contact the actual situation of Anhui provice.
