With the globalization of economy, garment enterprises face increasingly severe market competition, and how to meet customer demand and improve clothing production speed.it is most clothing enterprise problem to be solved. Clothing CAD, since birth since critically-acclaimed garment industry attention. For decades, it gives clothing enterprise bring huge economic efficiency is obvious to all. But on market at present most of the garment CAD hit the boards system widely used traditional interactive manner, and to user's computer level more demanding, this gives garment industry caused the application of the system obstacles. Therefore the current system, use more concise, convenient and easy to operate the intelligent garment CAD system has become an important area clothing CAD direction.On the analysis of these problems and research clothing enterprise needs, based on pattern design expert knowledge of digital realize this key problems, this paper firstly from suit pattern analysis of expert knowledge, establishes the suit intelligent patterns of the whole system framework, and puts forward the design scheme of the system, this paper introduces the pattern automatic generation of parametric method and modular design method, summarizes the program design of several typical mathematical model and the main part pattern curve algorithm. Based on the suit pattern expert knowledge, this article introduces the development tools of VLISP and OpenDCL. The intelligent formation of pattern is developed with VLISP program, and the interface is developed using OpenDCL to establish human-computer interface that accords with the requirements of users'habit. Consequently, the system is easy to use. The designation and automatic generation of suit pattern is totally accomplished in the environment of, which makes the good result. More importantly, this system achieves automatic generation of suit pattern by simple operation with only needs three key body data for the first time, which further offers the successful case of overall exploitation of pattern design intelligence technology.
