In this thesis, hyperbranched-type organic silicon pigment dispersan and fabric smooth agent have been designed and synthetized. Besides, silica sol was prepared by TEOS which is used to fixing in fabric processing.Firstly, polyether silicone containing epoxy group was synthesized by the hydrosilylation of silicone oil containing hydrogen, allyl glycidyl ether and unsaturated polyether using chloroplatinic acid catalyst, and then the hyperbranched-modified polysiloxane was obtained through the amino terminated hyperbranched polymer onto the epoxy groups. It contains many amino anchoring groups and high polar polyether solvatable chain and it has a perfect scattering effect of PR122,PR254,PR57:1. It can also reduce the particle size and improve the color of pigment.Secondly,we have used silane coupling agent containing three oxygen radicals groups such as KH-550 or HD-603 to synthetize a new type of multivessel amino silicone using tetramethylammonium hydroxide as catalyst. In addition, we have used hydrogen silicone and A-151 to synthetize a silicone crosslinking agent. And the white cotton treated by the emulsification of the composite silicon feels smooth.Finally we have prepared silica sol according to the basic principle of sol-gel, and we have investigated the gel time influence by tetrathoxysilane, solvents, catalyst, temperature and reaction time. By changing the different presoma,we have investigated the color fixing result and confirmed the presoma with amino body has good color fixing result. We have founded that its surface is coated with a layer of film after scanning electron microscopy.
