In order to solve the problems of traditional bagasse pulping, such as black liquor difficult to recycle, serious pollution, etc. Through rigorous theoretical research and analysis and contin-ual experimental verification, we developed a new pulping technology-Un-cooking cleaning bagasse pulping and paper-making new technologies. It took advantage of lower lignin content in pulping,discarded the high-temperature (about 140~170℃) and high-pressure (about 0.7MPa) of conventional method, by soaking in 60~70℃and atmospheric pressure to gain the pulping. At the temperature of 60~70℃, special soak chemicals are put into solution that soaked bagasse raw materials, and then the residual sugar, hemicellulose,silica and other impurities of the bagasse are firstly separated from bagasse, under the function of softener solution, the side chain of lignin fractured, most of the aromatic structure of lignin remains in the slurry, thus, improve the yield of pulp. The solution has soaked bagasse is yellow (no black liquor traditional crafts produced), the recovery rate of yellow pulping waste water exceed 95%, less than 5% is burned with the sediments.Based on the characteristics of new technology, This paper have conducted a comprehensive research on the pulping equipment of new craft. There is no specific equipment in practical production, without proper data to refer during the design process. For these reasons, we choose conventional cooking equipment pulp-vertical digester as our design foundation, on this basis of it to make some changes and redesign, obtain a new pulping equipment that applied to non-chemical cooking cleaning bagasse pulping and papermaking-soaking boiler. In addition, the characteristics of the new pulping process is a long immersion at low-temperature,Put forward a high demand about the insulation properties of soaking boiler. According to the demands of new craft, this article carried out specific design calculations about the insulation layer of soaking boiler.In the experimental verification of new technology, we took"small number, more times"as our experimental principle, regularly change the parameters of main immersion drug content, liquid ratio, soaking temperature and time and so on. Then, we obtained different data. Based on the experiments data,we analyzed and summarized the new craft. Meanwhile, We have had some detailed experiments on the new pulping equipment and its insulation performance.New technology prevent and reduce the produce of contamination during the process of pulp and paper-making from the source, save a lot of fuel,and thus reducing the solid and gaseous pollutants of fuel combustion process, simplified the pulping equipment, fully use of the original equipment in the factory, save much money for the enterprise. Evidently, the new technology comply with national policy " Energy-saving, emission reduction, lower energy consumption, clean production ". Therefore, unchemical cooking cleaning bagasse pulp and papermaking new technology is an efficient, clean, friendly environment pulping technology, and new craft will bring us good the society, economy and environment benefits.
