With the development of manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering forward large, high speed, high precision and high performance oriented direction. People on the machining quality and precision requirements have become more sophisticated, precision machine tools for processing the product requirements are increasing. With advantages of high accuracy and large rigidity as well as low attrition, the hydrostatic slider is widely used in the field of CNC machine tools. The hydrostatic slider's rigidity, bearing capacity and operating performance mainly lie on its oil film thickness. Always maintain a steady state film thickness as a key factor in improving the precision slider. The traditional constant pressure supply system, the oil pressure is constant. When the load changes, slider must be balanced by changing the film thickness, film thickness is always difficult to maintain a steady state. So it is necessary to improve the existing oil supply system, to improve the rigidity and static load capacity of slider.This research describes the hydraulic oil supply system static pressure guide its basic principles, and focus on static analysis of the traditional open the shortcomings of the program guide oil, oil film thickness is derived mathematical formula for the back of the establishment slider AMESim model provides theoretical preparation. Analyzed the impact of open static pressure guide film stability factor, and a theoretical derivation, the final proposed adaptive load constant supply static pressure guide the program and the specific implementation of the programs carried out theoretical calculations.Hydraulic system model is established by AMESim and control system modeling by Matlab/Simulink. Supply program in the fuzzy PID controller added, and programs with traditional oil analysis and comparison of rail from a macro perspective that demonstrates the stability of oil film thickness of the feasibility and performance of the program.To further verify the adaptive load constant supply static pressure guide program, from the numerical simulation level, the use of Fluent AMESim and fluid analysis software under the program flow of oil film pressure distribution of the in-depth study, carried out with the traditional program comparative analysis demonstrates that the program to improve the film quality and stability advantages.
