With the rapid development of aviation, aerospace and other important fields,Large or super large die forging pieces are largely needed in the related industry. And this situation will must promote the forging pieces to be larger. Although forging equipment have to meet the demand of large forging in a certain extent, some extra forging pieces are still cannot be processed now or in the future. Therefore, it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study other methods of non forging press for machining large die forgings.In order to solve the practical problems in the machining of large forgings with other methods of non forging press, a method of die forging pressure molding using underwater hydrostatic pressure difference is put forward in this paper. And the related theory and experimental study are carried out. The specific research contents include the following aspects:First, the background and significance of method of die forging pressure molding using underwater hydrostatic pressure difference is introduced. And the research status of the technology involved in the related field is also introduced.Second, combine with the processing target and working principle, the device is designed. And the static analysis of the structure of the key parts in the device is analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS. The feasibility of the method and the rationality of the design are verified theoretically.Third, the sinking and rising characteristics of the device are analyzed theoretically. And the characteristics are simulated in real time by MATLAB.Combine with the composition and control principle of the proposed control system,the control system of the device is modeled and simulated by using AMESim. And the stability of the system is verified.Last, some basic experimental researches are carried out, which provide a certain experimental basis for further research and improvement of the method.
