Nowadays, composite material is get into more and more people's attention, while the fiber-reinforced composite material as the bulletproof material, which has property of the low density, high strength, programmable, the ability of anti penetration, so this type of material, now, get more development in the high speed train or even in the slap-up car. Therefore, the different damage mechanisms and the damage factors of laminated plates and the sensitivity of different degree of penetration which produced by the bullet impact into the fiber reinforced composite materials will have important research significance to devise and optimize the bulletproof material.Experimental methods, theoretical analysis and numerical analyze is the three most used methods in the bulletproof material study. Numerical analyze is base on the theoretical analysis and experimental study, along with the development of computer technology, numerical analyze is used widely. Its wide application than the others Although it start later. The advantage of the numerical analyze is simple, less objective by conditions, high adjustability and little experimental expend and energy. In this paper, I will use the method of software simulation, with the analysis software ABAQUS'support. Observe phenomenon of target penetration by bullet from macroscopic view. The main contents as follows:(1) The relationship between the modulus with different direction of the laminate and speed of stress wave, find the result that the smaller modulus the faster speed of the speed of stress wave(2) The relationship between the target's surface density and the energy absorption, and find the result that the surface density could report the ability of bulletproof;(3) The ability of bullets penetration into target with different angle, and find the result that 60°angle get the best ability of penetration.
