The Construction Of The Evaluation Indicator System Of Urban Ecological Community

In order to build comprehensive evaluation indicator system of ecological communities, provide a scientific basis for policy makers and researchers. By studying literature and the evaluation indicator system of domestic and international with higher acception, find 69 feasible indicators of eco-community, by the way of public participation and expert advices on these indicators for further screening, considering the scientific and systematic of the system to determine 25 key indicators; By network survey and household survey to obtain the data, and then determine the weight of relevant indicators and standard values, and ultimately get a sound evaluation indicator system of the urban eco-community, and select four typical communities in Beijing to evalluate. The results show that the in the communities of Min'an, Dongsisitiao and Xinhuacity which are in the city center have high scores in the environmental infrastructure, but have low scores at the aspects of the building and the management and service; Meanwhile, the Kanglongyuan community which is in the suburb has a high score in the natural environmental, building and management service, but has a low score in the environmental infrastructure and the environmental awareness of residents. Then, consider the 5 key indicators of communities'traffic condition based on the data which from network survey and field research of 4 typical communites. The result showed that 75% Beijing residents' length of trip time is less than 60 minutes,7% is more than 90 minutes. The trip time length of suburban communities is longer than communities in the city.46% Beijing residents are satisified with public transport. The satisfaction with public transport of suburban residents is less than residents in downtown city. The satisfaction with parking in community is only 19%. The green travel of Beijing communities' residents is 69.5%. Finally, discuss ecological community building strategy from technology, legislation and policy and public participation aspects.
