As microelectronics technology, large scale integrated circuit manufacturing technology, computer technology and the development of modern control theory, AC motor control technology, speed performance has been has been continuously improved, machine tool servo system through the open ring stepper motor system, servo system, after the two phases, has entered a phase of AC servo system, AC servo system has achieved a dominant position.In this paper, CNC machine tool servo system for the study, the first use of vector control theory of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor decoupling model, on this basis, the establishment of a current loop, velocity loop, closed loop PID position loop control of three system and control theory based on all aspects of the PID parameters of the analysis, design and tuning, and in the Matlab / Simulink software under the dynamic simulation of the entire system is verified the correctness and rationality.Requirements for the accuracy of CNC machine tools, in the kinetic theory based on a mathematical model of the equivalent mechanical system, its mathematical model with the servo-driven in series to form a closed loop control model of high-end systems.Using the software Matlab position control system tuning parameters, and change the system parameters and disturbance characteristics of the policy analysis, and numerical control system for the resonance problems that may arise, some control strategies to solve this problem.In the AC servo system, the CNC machine tool servo system nonlinearity and the existence of a variety of time-varying factors that can affect the control performance, therefore, must be taken to suppress these fuzzy PID control for servo system control performance impact factors.The stability of conventional PID control and fuzzy control model simplicity, flexibility and robustness of the integration, we construct a self-tuning fuzzy PID controller. Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control parameters of the mechanical system changes and external disturbances has better inhibitory effect.
