With the continuous development and improvement of AC Speed Regulation technology, AC servo-driven has been gradually replaced the DC servo-driven in CNC machine tools, becoming servo system development in high-speed high-precision CNC machine tool.In this paper, the structure and operation of the principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor are described first, and then with the theory of vector control, linear and decoupling model of permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical is established. Also the current loop, speed loop, position loop for control model of PCB CNC drilling machine are established. Based on control theory, analyzed and designed the PID parameters of the three loop using software of Matlab / Simulink, at the same time to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the whole system design.Due to the characteristics of high-speed and high-accuracy requirements of PCB drilling machine, combined with kinetic theory,equivalent mathematical model of the mechanical system and high -order system are established. Under Matlab / Simulink the parameters of the system of position control are set, and the variable parameters and disturbance characteristics of the system are analyzed and Simulinked.Taking into account the resonance of mechanical part of the feeding, introduced and designed the notch filter of the mechanical resonance point. The actual system in the run-time system can effectively expand the band and speed up system response characteristics, which in high-speed high-precision servo systems are very important.As a result of complex control theory has become the study of AC servo CNC hot, based on the fore study with the non-linear, time-varying, random factors of the PCB drilling machine; position loop of adaptive fuzzy position servo controller is designed. The simulation results have showed that the controller can improve the impact of the variable parameters and external disturbance.Basis on the fore study, the key technologies and related algorithms are explained under DSP-based fully digital PMSM servo system program, which can further verify the implementation of control strategies and related theory next.
