Reconstruction Of Ecological Zone Of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau And Ecological Civilization In China

The construction of ecological civilization is changing the world of Marxism an inevitable requirement of contemporary human society, an inevitable stage in the development of civilization of the Chinese to build a harmonious society, one of the basic content, is of great theoretical and practical significance. The concept of mankind in the 20th century the most important results of the absorption of knowledge, it is critical to China's current environmental situation of a positive response.The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, called "the Roof of the World" is the source of many Asia rivers and has a special important position in the environment and the ecology aspect. The current ecological situation of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is the key not only for ensuring the region's ecological security problems, also can affect the ecological security of our nation and that of the world. In addition, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau plays an important role in homeland security, social stability, geopolitical influence and energy and resources, and so on. It affects the sustainable economic development in the highlands and even the Chinese nation. The environmental protection and restoration on Tibetan Plateau is an important part in the construction of socialism ecological civilization. The policy of establishing ecological zones at the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, revolving in the scientific progress and improving people's livelihood, protecting ecological environment, persisting green science development, the integrated development and the harmonious development will be helpful for ecological security on the Tibetan Plateau, national ecological security, society and ethical solidarity. The study of the ecological civilization and special economic zone construction on Tibetan Plateau hold great strategic significance. It is realistic and strategic greatly to build ecological civilization. This paper analyses the present environment situation, the causes of environmental destruction, the achievement of the ecological civilization and grave situation on Tibetan Plateau. This paper puts forward some suggestions on establishing ecological zones and the construction of ecological civilization at Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
