Research On Safety Analysis Method And Safety Information Management System Of Regional Mineral Resource

Mineral resource is the physical basis of human science and technology advancement, the material foundation of social and economic development and the motive force for world civilization. At present, our country is in the critical period of rapid industrialization and economical growth, when large amount mineral source is needed. With sever resource crisis increased, the current problems to be solved is how to make scientific developing strategy, readjust the industrial structure, exploit and utilize domestic mineral resources rationally under the national condition. As the important constituent of the national mineral strategy, the vital task in regional planing of regional strategy is the balance of supply and demand to realize resource safe development and utilization, and to satisfy national economy and the people's livelihood.Based on the collection of related references, mineral sources safety development process and situation were combed and studied systematically and comprehensively. The analytical method, the evaluation methods, and the indicator system construction principle etc were explored. The research contents and results in this paper are mainly as follows:(1)The causes of mineral resources security were analyzed deeply, from the aspects of population, ecological environmental capacity, depleted characteristic of mineral resources, thermophysics of resources, economics, sustainable development strategies and so on. Using the PSR model, REES system analysis, and four-dimensional structure system analysis, the security analysis model of regional mineral resources was established.(2)Based on the mineral resource development and utilization status of Hunan province, the problems of mineral resources reserves, the standard model of development and utilization, safety production responsibility system, safety accident, producing organization management, and scientific research condition were analyzed deeply. The evaluation index system of regional mineral resources and mineral safety were constructed by using target decomposition method and system analysis ideology.(3)The development tools of information system such as ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio 2008 and so on were introduced. The functional requirements and frame model of system development were analyzed, and then database and data tables were set up. In accordance with the process of system development, login, check in and type-in, edit and modification and other modules were analyzed successively from the network configuration and database connection to module analysis, and from user control to the design of the master page and the property page. Being perfect in function, the entire system with a friendly interface provides an effective guarantee to security information management of regional resources.
