| Based on the analysis of snubbing devices of their research and application status at home and abroad, aiming at the features of low pressure, low permeability and low yield in domestic oil field and combining the advantages of the snubbing device in oil field production, the idea is brought forward to promote the application of the snubbing technology and to own snubbing equipment of independent intellectual property rights and a set of snubbing device is developed here.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different types of snubbing device, according to the specific condition in China's oil field, this thesis will focus on the design of vehicular-assisted-short stroke snubbing device. With full understanding of the key technology of the snubbing device, its structure is designed out. And combined with the actual situation of oil field in China, the primary parameters of this apparatus are defined. In this thesis, the Third Strength Theory and the Shell Theory is used to do detailed strength checking on the pressure parts in the sealing blowout preventer system and the design is found to meet the strength requirements.Emphasized research and design is carried out on the single ram hydraulic blowout preventer specially used in the snubbing device. The working principle of the equipment is analysed and research is done on the failure mode of the shell and the ram's rubber core. Structure of the shell is designed on this basis, after making clear of theoretical basis of its working and design, the structural design of the vulnerable part-rubber core is obtained through parameter calculation. By finite element analysis of the shell and the ram's rubber core in ANSYS, the shell design is found reasonable and improve measures are proposed on the rubber core. |
