The so-called The snubbing service means that when there is pressure inside the wellbore such as oil,gas,and water,the well can be drilled or lifted without the kill well.Traditional drilling operations require well killing or pressure reduction,and the use of non-compressed wells has many advantages over traditional killing operations.Our country attaches great importance to the development of related equipment that does not stop wells and invests a lot of manpower and funds for research.This article analyzes the advantages of the operation mode from the characteristics of the process of the well killing operation,and introduces the development and application status of non-compression well equipment and devices at home and abroad,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various types of devices.From the specific status quo of China’s oil well exploitation,the characteristics and application scope of the auxiliary short stroke non-compression well operation device are analyzed.It mainly analyzes the current state of the core technology development of non-compression well operation devices,and proposes that the premise of designing non-compression well operation devices is to consider the development needs and characteristics of C hina’s oil fields.By consulting relevant literature and materials,field investigations were conducted to fully understand the development of non-compressed wells at home and abroad.Carefully analyzed the relevant requirements for the use of non-compressed well operation equipment,fully analyzed the basic principles of non-compressed well operation equipment,and put forward issues and precautions that should be considered in the design process of the working equipment.The article focused on the analysis of the design features of several major downhole devices for non-compressed wells,such as well-lift systems,downhole plugs,and wellhead sealing systems.And Pro/E software was used to design wellhead sealing system model and lifting system model,as well as supporting system model.The ANSYS software was used to analyze the force of the relevant components by finite element analysis,which mainly included the force analysis of the single-shutter BOP shell and the plug rubber cartridge.AMESim software was used to simulate the design of the hydraulic system of the lift system.At the same time,the synchronization of the lift cylinders was analyzed.
