Research On Low-carbon Operation Model Of Tianjin Manufacturing Enterprise

Recently, the world economy has hardly recovered from the depression brought by global economy crisis. Meeting with the threaten of global crisis and climate changing worm, the world are trying contracting the development of the economy recovery and dealing with the climate changing, and take the new energy development and use efficiently as the important strategy. The world is transforming to the low-carbon economy times. The economic model based on low power consumption, low pollution, low-emission is another major step forward following the agricultural and industrial civilization of human society. In the low-carbon economy era the global production and trade situation has undergone tremendous changes. Anti-dumping measures, technical barriers, intellectual property protection, green barriers has blocked the way of trade enterprises in developing countries.Meeting with the changing of the trade situation and block of the low-carbon barriers, our country can not change the passive situation recently, until we develop low-carbon economy as soon as possible. The enterprises are the key role of developing the low-carbon economy, however the enterprises'low-carbon transforming has so many problems. Such as the enterprises'lack of low-carbon operation of cognitive, enterprises'low-carbon and environment protaction technology is deficiency, and do not establish environmental quality management system, the comprehensive utilization of waste are low efficiency and so on, which can not make enterprises to get advantage in the fierce competition. Therefor I search for a large number of domestic and foreign scholars'related literature about the enterprises'even manufacturing enterprises'low-carbon operation. After that I surveyed Tianjin's manufactruing enterprises by questionnaire. I analysis low-carbon operations status and problems in-depth, and then builded low-carbon operation system and proposed Tianjin manufacturing enterprises' low-carbon transition strategies from low-carbon culture building, enterprise's low-carbon production, enterprise's low-carbon service, enterprise's daily low-carbon management and enterprise low-carbon operation's information guarantee etc. Futuremore this paper is also took Tianjin WF pipe company for instance, and applicated the low-carbon operation system to that company, which will provide reference for other Tianjin manufacturing enterprises's low-carbon operation.
