Study on the processing conditions of the enhanced alginate fibers, and made a discussion on the synergy of chitosan and mixed anhydride to NaAlg, then got the modified alginate fibers which were stronger than the natural fibers on the purpose of preparing the clothes fabric, and hope to lead the development of the upstream seaweed industry in China.Determined the best processing conditions of the NaAlg in kelpt waste by RSM , finally we found that the NaAlg with the maximum output of 28.46% should be prepared at the temperature of 46.2℃, and controlling the time of 2.43h , making the concentration of the Na2CO3 as 4.28%.The products has the viscosity of 188mPa·s and pH of 7.49.Assembled the self-made wet-spinning machine, all the methods of mathematical models, the traditional methods of the single factor tests and the orthogonal experimentals were used to optimize the conditions of the coagulation bath, then compared the results to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of Plackett-Burman experimental design between Single-factor experimental design, RSM between Orthogonal experiment, on the purpose of choosing experiment motheds and analysis motheds for the experiments lately, as far, measured the strength of the natural alginate fiber as 10.49cN/tex.Take advantage of the cross-linking ion of Chitosan and NaAlg, using a very different approach which the existing literatures have not recorded to made the enhanced NaAlg /chitosan blending fiber, and take the single factor analysis and Box-Behnken design to optimize the process combination of sodium alginate / chitosan blend fibers, determined the optimum process parameters: the proportion of the total polysaccharide chitosan was accounted for 48.89%, making temperature of 58.6℃, controlling the reaction time of 29.31min, then got the strength of the blend fibers of 13.54 cN / tex, and the strength was more of 29.1% than the natural alginate fiber. Evidence of synergy between the two polysaccharides was proved further, while FTIR of the raw materials and blending fibers were made to infer the coordination mechanism between Chitosan and NaAlg.Under certain conditions, reaction of the cross-linking between mixed anhydride and NaAlg was happened, ultimately, the best cross-linking alginate fiber was prepared with the process which was optimizated by RSM ,and show that the total amount of the mixed anhydride to dry NaAlg was of 3.78%, the proportion of the total mixed anhydride was accounted for 9.03%, the reaction temperature is 60.0℃,etal, finially the fibers get the strength of 18.52cN/tex, more of 76.55% and 36.78% than the natural alginate and NaAlg /chitosan blending fiber separately, the cross-linking can obtaine the ester bond which is more powerful than the hydrogen bond.Prepared the artificial perspiration (simulated body sweat), measured the hygroscopicity of natural Alginate fibers, NaAlg /chitosan blending fibers, cross-linked alginate fibers and acrylic fibers were of 3.51%, 3.57%, 3.02%, 1.55% separately. It is indicated that the Alginate fibers have a higher hygroscopicity on artificial perspiration than the latter, with the potential of taking place of the oil-fiber resources which are going exhausted.
