Taking urea ammonium bicarbonate device hydrolysis process of Xinjiang fertilizer limited liability Company for the study, works had been conducted as follows:1)Through scientific and reasonable process planning, the simulation process for urea condensate hydrolysis process was established. Based on the data of urea condensate depth hydrolysis, comparisons between simulation results and the measured values were carried out, an accurate simulation process was established, simulation process can be run on production equipment to make accurate and reliable reflection.2)The capacity of reflux condenser and desorption heat exchanger had been accounted, the heat capacity had also been verified, the results show that the required heat transfer area didn't meet the theory's.3) Regarding the minimum energy consumption as the objective function, the feed location of desorption tower had been optimized, and the optimal feed location was found. Also, the relationship between desorption tower feed temperature and efficiency of the stripping had been analyzed.4) Taking carbon dioxide as a stripping medium, combined hydrolysis tower and desorption tower into one tower, the recovery mode of ammonium bicarbonate solution had been discussed, compared with the original process, the study of energy and economy analysis between them had been conducted. Compared to the original process in the energy and new technology has huge economic advantages.5)The reason why the operating pressure of absorption tower was instability had been analyzed, the result show that it was due to desorption heat exchanger area was too large, also, the improvement measures had been proposed.6)The reason why the content of ammonia in vapor phase was relative low was because that the air was input to the bottom of desorption tower, and aiming at this question, solutions had been proposed.
