Study Of Ultrasonic Power Supply Based On Genetic Algorithm For Al Casting-Rolling

In view of aluminum material in the important position of national economic life, aluminum production quality and efficiency become very outstanding common problem. The ultrasonic leading in aluminum cast-rolling process can improve improve the ultrasonic composition segregation, detailed the aluminum metal crystallite size, and the quality of product is greatly improved. The ultrasonic power is the key parts of the ultrasonic machining technology, its design performance will have a direct impact on processing quality effect.According to power performance requirements in aluminum cast-rolling process. Based on the comparative and analysis, this article design the ultrasonic power circuit structure:using diode rectifier circuit controlled rectifier bridge, based on genetic algorithm realization Buck chopper power control, using a bridge type inverter circuits provide high-frequency ac for piezoelectric transducers. The whole power system also includes frequency automatic tracking and power real-time adjustment control, piezoelectric transducers dynamic matching system control circuit.In order to improve the system's efficiency and reliability, and simplify the circuit, this paper using DSP as the master chip, and design a system control drive circuit, sampling circuit, protect circuit, man-machine interface circuit and other hardware parts, combining software programming to realize fuzzy genetic algorithm software programming and proportion integral digital lock cirtle frequency automatic tracking and other computing functions.The simulation results show that:using reactive way based on genetic algorithm adjustable, power control system was further accelerate the speed of proportion integral figures, and proportion integral digital phase-locked loop ensures that the load works at its best timet.
