Preparation of boron-doped diamond films now mature there are many preparation methods, this experiment relies on electrodes used in hot filament chemical vapor deposition method of preparation, the equipment is simple, easy-to-film, and easy maintenance.Composite electrode is made of titanium film substrate with a hot filament chemical vapor deposition of boron doped diamond film. Aperture base is covered with a metal titanium tube cut.
