Daqing oil field pertains to low pressure, low permeable sublayer and stripper pool, ordinary drill fluid is not perfect in protecting hydrocarbon zone and sealing, but micro-foam drill fluid has advantage in the both field that the ordinary drill fluid can't replace, especially in underbalanced drilling operation, the light weight feature of micro-foam drilling fluid plays good in balancing reservoir pressure. The article will select foaming agent and foam stability agent which using for field use in Daqing oil field by evaluating its foamability and half-life, transform the ordinary drill fluid system to micro-foam drill fluid, manufacture the micro-foam drill fluid formula which can best display affect and research its dispersivity and dilatability which belong to rejection capability, salt resisting ability and anti-pollution capability.Besides, this article also make a research on rheological behavior of micro-foam drilling fluid. In well drilling process, the rheological behavior can affect drill speed,pump pressure,delivery rate,carrying capacity and cement job quality. It has direct correlation with the speed, quality and cost of the drill work. The control of rheological behavior of drill fluid is one of the most important task in well drilling technology. Wherefore, it has an important sense in researching rheological behavior of drill fluid. In the article, we use HTHP set test the rheological behavior of micro-foam drilling fluid, and then use linear regression analysis handle the data. Finally, it can be known that the rheological model is power law model.
