Research On Environmental And Economic Accounting For The Yangtze River Estuary Marine Industry

On the basis of national sustainable development policy and planning need for social and economic development of the Yangtze River estuary (Shanghai), on the support of Shanghai 908 special research projects about the green GDP accounting of Yangtze River estuary marine industry, a series of research of environmental and economic accounting system, green distance and green contribution had been conducted. According to the environment economy accounting theory and based on the "China's environmental and economic accounting system framework", using environmental science, ecology, economics, statistics, accounting methods and other scientific theory, the Yangtze River estuary Marine industry environmental and economic accounting system framework was systematically constructed, Yangtze River estuary Marine industry environmental and economic accounting index system was innovatively established, suitable accounting methods of Yangtze River estuary Marine industry environmental and economic accounting was chosen. All these laid a solid foundation for actual environmental and economic accounting and eventually complete green GDP accounting on Yangtze River estuary Marine industries. In this paper, green distance, green contribution theory were used on Yangtze River estuary Marine industries, based in four indexes of energy consumption, water consumption and emissions and SO₂ emissions COD, two comprehensive indexes- Shanghai (Yangtze River estuary) green distance and green contribution- were got targeted analysis. The result showed that Shanghai (Yangtze River estuary) marine industry basically completed economic ecologization, green contribution comprehensive level reached to be higher, and has been across the green change level. This study provided valuable advice for Yangtze River estuary Marine industry twelfth five years plan and effectively promoted the Yangtze River estuary Marine industrial economy and environment keeping harmonious and sustainable development.
