Numerical simulation technology after decades of development, so far, has formed finite difference method, finite volume method, finite element method and the boundary element method as the main way of research methods. In fluid mechanics and heat transfer field are mainly used finite difference method and the finite volume method. Previous program are mainly calculation the complex boundary area are used mostly ladder grid approximation physical boundary , it can't achieve complete suitable body and makes the calculation result of a certain exaggerated in error. This paper tries to use the body-fitted coordinates method, meshing for complex boundary model and calculation the model. Programming written by Fortran language; data processing with software Tecplot 9.0.For the grid parts, the paper deduced grid generation equation for the 2-d and 3-d situation, given the discrete format for the grid generation and using TDMA method to solve it. While solving the equation process, the equation used control function to control grid and boundary of orthogonal. For the 2-d situation this paper calculated multiplicity area and multiply connected domain of the body-fitted coordinates examples, for 3-d equation example was meshing 150t steel ladle model. For the fluid calculation parts, under the body-fitted coordinates, the paper deduced the transmission equation for 2-d and 3-d situation, given its discrete format; and illustrated use transfer equation calculating flow field of the SIMPLE algorithm.For flow field simulation parts, paper compared body-fitted coordinates method to ladder fitting method approximation physical reality boundary grounds good and bad, and fully explains the superiority of the body-fitted coordinates. Finally, the paper used body-fitted coordinates method simulation the flow field and concentration field for the 150t ladle furnace with single hole or double orifice blow argon. Through the calculation given the best position of the hole decorate for single blowing and double blowing. For single hole blow argon advice place the hole from the center 2/3R; double hole from center 1/2R and the angle of 60°where for the best. After given the hole best location, paper calculated concentration field for the steel ladle, under the same conditions as contrast blending time difference for single hole blowing and double hole blowing.This topic research give theoretical support for used body-fitted coordinates programming, for development of the body-fitted coordinates simulation programming to lay the foundation.
