With the development of manufacturing technologies and the need for energy saving,fuel gas heating has become the major trend for the development of mesh belt tempering furnace,however,nowadays,the majority of mesh belt tempering furnaces in the mainland market are still electric heating.Their structures are relatively complex,and the traditional circulating mode of furnace gas of fuel gas direct fired mesh belt tempering furnace,is relatively out-dated,leading to a great amount of waste.This paper learned from circulating,mode of mesh belt tempering furnaces in the abroad and put forward a new kind of fuel gas fired mesh belt tempering furnace with forced furnace gas circulation.Furthermore,this paper took the advantage of numerical simulation,investigating deeply on the uniformity of flow field and temperature field in the mesh belt tempering furnaces,and finally,the structure design of equipment were completed.The major tasks of this paper are shown in the following:1.Calculate the fuel burning of the mesh belt tempering furnaces,and analyze the comprehensive heat transfer condition within the mesh belt tempering furnaces.Determine the thickness of insulating layer as well as the minimum circulation flow rate in the mesh belt tempering furnaces,which provide theories and statistics for numerical simulation.2.Put forward structure scheme of fuel gas fired mesh belt tempering furnace with forced furnace gas circulation,investigate the uniformity of cold flow field of no load equipment by the means of numerical simulation,determine the type of circulating fans,and further improve the schceme.3.By taking the control mode of burner,irelative position of burner,bafflc which makes the tempclralure uniform,.jct velocity of burners and position of burners along the furnace into consideration,a rational layout scheme has been determined,and further perfect the cquiplcnt structure schcmc.This paper also,studies the uniformity of temperature field of full load and no load furnaces,and then verifies the uniformity of hot flow field of no load furnaces.4.Under the guidance of statistics and conclusions gained from calculation,,simulation and analysis,this paper has conductced structural design of the three key parts of mesh hell temlpering furnace,namely,framework of furnace,transmission part and furnace gas circulation part,and finally put forward combustion control themes.This paper conducted the study of uniformity of flow field and temperature field of mesh belt tempering furnace,and designed the furnace structure,which provide the design and analysis of mesh belt tempering furnace for reference.
