Particle Impact Drilling Injection System Analysis And Design

In this paper,introduced particle injection system in particle impact drilling system of the important position in the drilling,introduce injection system from early injection system to new injection system; the structure of the various components was introduce, including particle lifting system, injection tube screw pump, valve and so on. Single new injection system and whole new injection system was introduce into a detailed introduction. Proved the feasibility of the particle injection system through experiment, and detail calculations every part of the injection system of the specific structure parameter. The new injection system could smooth and regular inject particle into the drilling fluid. The whole injection system include three single injection systems, Two systems normal uesd, the two particles will run through the injection process, the third system as an alternate the third is an alternate, thereby guarantee the continuous injection of particle. The new injection system used screw pump, through the use of screw pump, particles could be injected into the head pipe in a certain rate uniform and stable. Ultimate aim is to design a reasonable system which can be used in scene.
