| In recent years, although the number of coal mine gas accidents and deaths decreased year by year, the coal mine gas is still of major accidents, the gas explosion, 51% occurred in the heading face, 31% occurred in the coal face. In this paper, the gas explosion hazard in mining face as the main object of study, and there is a comprehensive and systematic understanding of all hazard source which lead to gas explosion in this paper, then give them scientific evaluation and pre-control, at the same time we have a study on the gas explosion management system of risk pre-control combined with the specific situation of coal mine. It will have an important practical significance on strengthening the management of gas explosion hazard and reduce the incidence of mine accidents.First of all, summarize hazard theory and the general identification methods and evaluation procedures of coal mine, base on this, analysis gas explosion hazard characteristics of coal mine, through analysis of the three types of gas explosion hazard analysis, and human - machine - ring - pipes, we found a pre-control index system of gas explosion hazard on face, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the pre-control targets.Secondly, in allusion to the pre-control index system of gas explosion hazard, establish a process framework of the risk pre-control management, preliminary design a risk pre-control management system of the gas explosion hazard. Realize to the online evaluation and real-time pre-control as the leading of gas explosion risk pre-control management system exploitation, as well as provide ideas to gas disaster early warning and control of coal mine in our country.Finally, combine with coal mine examples illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the gas explosion hazard risk control management system in coal mine, indicated that the system has a praxis sense to improve safety management efficiency and safety monitoring management level in coal mine, as well as make some useful further research to explore and try for modernization, information management and control integration in coal mine later. |
