| Petrochemical enterprise is the mainstay industry of national economic development. As the storage device of petrochemical enterprise raw materials, intermediate products and products,petrochemical storage tank area,it plays a vital role in the stable production in petrochemical enterprises. A full tank zone process is composed of process piping connecting the tank, pump area and loading and unloading station, then according to the need to production plant area. The process characteristic determining if the process happens fire explosion accident will trigger a domino effect easily and cause deadly consequences.This thesis by looking for the domino effect of domestic and foreign research data, conduct a research of the domino accident prevention and control of petrochemical tank zone.By analysising the process characteristics and fire risks,this paper sums up the domino effect factors of the petrochemical storage tank area, in combination with a domino effect extension mechanism, and put forward a suitable domino effect scene mode of the petrochemical storage tank area according to its characteristics.which induced environmental impact, more accidents synergy.The model which put forward in this paper is the basis points of the research of petrochemical storage tank zone domino accident prevention and control.Study of the petrochemical storage tank zone domino accident prevention model, this paper firstly on the basis of absorbing the classical theory of accident prevention, then put forward the theory of domino accident prevention fitting petrochemical storage tank zone domino effect scene. Secondly, according to the characteristics of storage tank area domino effect, this paper constructs a fuzzy hierarchy-LEC method, which can be realized the classification of different storage tank zone domino accident risk. Through the risk classification we can clear the weak links of the tank process of each unit of domino accidents, and provides quantitative decision-making basis for the establishment of accident prevention measures.Study of petrochemical storage tank zone domino accident control mode, this paper using the theory of domino fire explosion, considering the domino effect as parallel serial system, builds a model of the synergistic action of the multiple accident points in the domino effect. Through calculation and analysis of the model, a route of transmission can be set for the research object of domino accidents and accident consequence influence range, which indicate the direction for making domino accident control measures.Finally, combining with the examples of petrochemical tank area domino accident prevention and control mode, this paper put forward the relationship between the mode of domino accidents prevention and control. The relationship between the two are complementary each other feedback, together form a closed-loop management of domino accident prevention and control, guiding the work of petrochemical enterprise risk management. |
