Using Fly-ash as the main raw material to produce autoclaved fly-ash brick is not only an important way to deal with fly-ash, but also as a kind of green environmental building materials, autoclaved fly-ash brick is being used in construction market by replacing traditional clay brick quickly. Therefore, the research and development for automatic hydraulic press machine of brick with independent intellectual property, reliable operation, high-cost performance has important significance. This thesis does research and design of the hydraulic system of the 1100 ton automatic autoclaved fly-ash brick double side pressure hydraulic press machine of brick.Firstly, the hydraulic system diagram, which includes the key circuits of speed control circuit for upper hydraulic cylinder and pressure control circuit, is designed based on the hydraulic requirements and the analysis of compression molding process and the key structure of the brick machine. Secondly, the control characteristics of cartridge proportional flow valve and the dynamic characteristics of pressure control circuit are simulated and analyzed using AMESim software, and some parameters of pressure control circuit are optimized. Thirdly, the load characteristic model based on kawakita’s powder compaction equation is researched and given, and the simulation and analysis show that the faster when the upper hydraulic cylinder fast downward the more serve impact vibration, higher positioning accuracy and stability can be obtained when the lower hydraulic cylinder fast upward from fast to slow before stop. Finally, the whole hydraulic system is modeled and simulated at a work cycle, a series of dynamic curves are got such as displacement, velocity, pressure and flow curves, the feasibility and rationality of the scheme is verified by compared with the design parameter.The experiment results show that the hydraulic system of the the 1100 ton automatic autoclaved fly-ash brick double side pressure hydraulic press machine of brick reaches the expected requirements with correct action sequence, good reliability, practicability and small working noise. In summary, the hydraulic press machine of machine can satisfy the production requirements very well.
